What counts as a booking?
Every appointment booked that month, except cancelled ones.
What happens if we go over the limit?
Bookings keep working for a short time and we email you. No one is cut off in the middle of booking.
What happens when a customer replies STOP?
Carriers block every text from a number to anyone who replies STOP to it. Our shared number sends for many businesses, so that customer gets no texts from any of them until they text START to (855) 246-8771. With your own number, STOP blocks only your texts. Customers who opted out still get email reminders if they allow them, and we tell them after they book.
